Flight Book Refund

The Service received from Flight centre regarding our flight refund has been priceless. After reading some frightful reviews and experiences from others on the net I am super pleased with the service we have received from cancellation to refund. At first we thought we would keep tickets open and reuse them as well as save on the penalties. We decided to cancel them rebook on another airline. The price was so good that we were able to book an extra ticket for my wife. Our refund for three tickets got us 4 tickets and change. All concerns and questions were answered the agents were a call away. Confirmation of reimbur*****t was on point and now we wait for it to reflect in our account. Thank you flight centre for this great service and I really see no need to use any other travel agent going forward.
