First Class Service delivery

Flight Centre La Lucia. After being let down by another travel agent regarding a trip to Zanzibar, we contacted Courtney Henman, who had previously assisted us with local travel to Cape Town. Courtney's knowledge of International travel and professional approach is exemplary. Unfortunately the trip we booked with her (Thailand) was cancelled owing to the Omicron saga. Her attention to detail and knowledge of travel insurance and the refund process, is outstanding. Courtney, you are a credit to the Brand. We look forward to booking more packages with you this year.
