You walked the extra mile for me with my booking that was planned for 37 days to Europe, you had everything planned to the finest detail, so much time and effort was put in from your side, the only thing that still remained was for me to get my Visa and I would be ready to go…..and then came Covid 19. ....... you had to go back, step by step, everything you had so well planned to reverse it all and cancel everything, with the struggle for the refunds…..Gerrit, you are amazing ! I could contact you any time, day or night you responded so patiently, considerate and calming me when I had my doubts and worries. Your professionalism is out of this world, as soon time allows I will definitely re-book this trip with you again. Thank you again for the fantastic service !
