Jennifer Hare from Flight Centre On-line has been absolutely fantastic to assist us to re-book my daughter on a BAA return flight to the UK after her Virgin flight was cancelled. She is so friendly, calm, supportive and has gone out of her way to help us - quickly returning calls and responding to emails even though she must be so very busy at this time of crisis.
