FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Lilly F at the Constantia branch for all of her assistance in helping me book a trip under very short notice. Not only did Lilly help me with extensive research but she helped me remain calm during a very stressful time. Chatting to her was like chatting to a friend I have known forever, who has my best interests at heart. Lilly and her team also managed to get me a great deal at the resort I am staying at in Zanzibar. Even the service used for airport to hotel transfers were great, english speaking and professional, making me feel welcome to Zanzibar. Thank you SO MUCH Lilly for all of your assistance.
