Fantastic after sale customer service!
Booked a flight online for my mom but was having trouble getting hold of anyone on the phone to ask for some help with special assistance. I posted on Facebook and Susan Zambwe was in touch with me the next morning. Susan and her colleague Mpho Sithole helped me settle my need quickly and efficiently and i’m very grateful for their help!
