FALSE ADVERTISING - "WE BEAT ANY PRICE"
Flight Centre advertises "We beat any price" But I am shocked as they are not able to do so. First instance was we need the quote which was sent, then they needed screen shots of each page of the booking which was done and they had issues and then I did the booking and sent them the confirmation with the information and was told that they not able to beat the price and also due to me making a booking they cannot give me the price. The booking was made so they can see it and I would have cancelled it once they confirmed the reservation but they refused and said as per the terms, we should not make a booking but they were not able to assist with every other way. this is not the first time Flight Centre as not able to beat the price. I also enquired at the time of booking my flights and they were not able to as I booked directly with the airline.
