Fail to deliver on their own policy to beat a holiday package or fly you for free

<p>Flight centre fail to deliver on their own promise we will beat any competitors holiday price or fly you for free. I got a reasonable holiday package quote send it through to them beat the price i was told to choose a different hotel from the one I was initially quoted for by another company for them to beat the price. This was after they tried to get me a different hotel and they still couldn't beat the quotation i have forwarded to them with an hour. Then eventually I was told that my quotation is no longer valid i must get them another quotation to beat. I have given them 24hrs to get me something similar to what I was quoted for and flight centre has failed to beat the price and now they also failed to deliver on their policy to fly customers for free. I don't have any booking now prices have gone up and now I have to pay extra for my birthday. SUCH A financial Inconvenience by flight centre </p>
