<p>a very bad and rude service from Mellisa In Flight centre Ballito. Booked us an extremely bad dirty hotel in Capetown and we came here for a holiday. The worst thing is the dirty underwear we got in the hotel room at New Tulbagh Hotel in Capetown...</p>
