Exemplary customer service.
The friendly and professional service provided by Mrs Marcelle Van Rheede of Flight Centre West Coast Village was an example of excellent customer service.Her after hours support after our flight from Zanzibar was changed was well managed by her,ensuring a seamless stress free transfer from resort to airport. Marcelle stayed in contact with us well into the early hours of the morning to make sure that we were fully informed.From Allan and Joanne Davis.
