Exceptional Service with a Smile!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank an exceptional flight centre agent, Stephan Venter. I first met Stephan around the beginning of April 2015, and I explained to him that I needed to travel to Mauritius on business. I explained that the trip that I was to make was going to be paid for by a third party, and so I was upfront with him in that I was not sure if we would do the booking through him. However, this did not deter him for a minute, and he was able to get quotes for me for both April and June. <br> <br> I want to commend Stephan for his friendly attitude and his professionalism, from the moment I met him, to the moment the trip was booked. Even though booking a trip can be stressful at times, Stephan made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. At the end of the day, Stephan is someone who is very good at his job, and even when he was ill during the process of me booking, his professional attitude never waned. <br> <br>
