Exceptional Service - TEVYA KAIN, Flight Centre Amanzimtoti KZN.
Compliments to TEVYA KAIN , Flight Centre Amanzimtoti KZN. After much saving, us 2 oldies used Flight Centre to arrange our 2 month holiday to the USA. We were fortunate enough to meet Tevya whilst finalising travel arrangements for this exciting journey, but alas we hit rock bottom as we were disappointingly forced to cancel due to the pandemic. However we count as a blessing our interaction with Tevya... she has helped us in every way to recoup as much of our money as is possible. Not only is she meticulous & professional but she is kind, patient, caring & compassionate. A rare gem in this modern world. Tevya is indeed an assed to the Flight Centre Travel Group.
