Exceptional service from Natalie Koekemoer

A big thank you to Natalie Koekemoer from Rosebank Branch for ensuring my safe trip from Oman to Johannesburg just as airlines and airports were closing down. Natalie advised me of airlines that were going to cancel flights and made sure that the flights she recommended would be flying. She went so far as to ask for my mobile number to keep a check on me during the flights and also watched all my flights to ensure that all was ok. This young lady deserves an award for her excellence and the warmth and personal care she took of me in a very uncertain turbulent situation. Thank you is not enough for her.
