Excellent Services
I recently booked flights to Turkey and would like to compliment Chad for the excellent service he provided. Also the Manager, Ali, was also on hand to give advise which was excellent. I could ask Ali advise after hours which proved extremely helpful. Thanks Chad,Ali and also Garrin, you guys rock !! Garrin was also helpful when I walked in the store and asked for assistance. I would recommend the N1 City Branch anytime and would book future flights with Flight Centre.

23 Jan 2020, 07:33I would like to the thank the Manager Ali and Chad at Flight Centre N1City for the speedy process of my refund. I had to cancel one ticket as the passenger could not fly due to illness. Ali the told me it usually takes 6-8 weeks for a refund to be approved. He informed me it was approved the same day by Emirates and Chad e-mailed the forms to complete for the Refund. Refund received!!!! Yay!! Thanks once again guys for your AWESOME service
