Excellent service from Tony

Before Covid hit us my husband and I had booked an overseas holiday with Tony from Plattekloof Flight Centre. He gave us wonderful service and guided us with regard to our flights, other arrangements, ground transportation and hotels. Then Covid struck. As pensioners we were most concerned about getting our money refunded. Tony was right there to help and managed the whole situation. He had to deal with me being rather panicky about our funds, and all the other issues. He was so kind and patient with me. He kept me up to date on the whole refund process, managed my freak out emails and was generally very communicative and reassuring through out the process. When all this is over and we can try our overseas holiday again, we will most definitley be asking Tony to arrange everything again. Thank you so much Tony, you are a true example of what customer service is all about.
