Excellent Service from Flight Centre Thibault square

Thank you Eban at Flight Centre Thibault square for assisting me with my family trip. I honestly felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Not only was I greeted with a smile but Eban went over and above to ensure I got what was best for my family. I can't thank you enough for all your help, level of service you've shown and professionalism.. and just when I thought my experience at Flight Centre can't get any better...the manager Zeenat gave me priceless tips and guidance of the dos and don'ts. With Zeenats experience and knowledge she literally planned out our family trip, must sees and must go to Take Outs.

Flight Centre, the staff you have at Thibault square are amazing!!! I was made to feel comfortable and what surprised me more was that every staff member in that branch interacted with me. I left Thibault square feeling as though I knew the team for years. That's the impact your employees had on me. Thank you Zeenat for checking us in..
