I dealt with Brendan Jennings at Flight Centre, Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth regarding a booking from Port Elizabeth to London. Brendan gave me outstanding service at all times and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I found Brendan to be friendly, knowledgeable and very professional . Nothing was too much trouble for Brendan and my booking involved cancelling a previous booking due to Covid related issues and finding the best alternative flight and he was really excellent and found a great deal for me and nothing seemed to be too much trouble and all done so effortlessly. Despite this all being a fairly long process Brendan was calm , relaxed and inspired confidence at all times and all arrangements were concluded to my satisfaction. I consider Brendan to be a true professional with regards to his travel knowledge and highly recommend him to anybody wishing to use Flight Centres services and believe he is a credit to the organisation
