Excellent Service from ADELICIA ANDREW at the Kloof (KZN) Office

I needed to urgently finalise a holiday booking for Mauritius. I had already tried STA and Travelstart but the service was awful. The agents don't call you back and have some type of attitude. They made me feel like they didn't really want my business and kept reminind me how popular and expensive Mauritius was at the peak season in December. I called Flight Centre and spoke to ADELICIA ANDREW at the Kloof office in Kwazulu-Natal. She was very friendly and helpful. She was patient with me and offered me a number of options to select from. She called me a numbe rof times to make sure I was happy with everything or if I wanted her to find something different for me. She got great flights for us in comparison with Travelstart. Thank you so much for your excellent service Adelicia. In future I will make sure to call you if i need any travel bookings.
