Excellent Service During Uncertain Times
I was helped by Leon van der Bergh at flight center in George and he made what could have been a very stressful situation with COVID ect a smooth and easy one. I first booked online through another flight search engine before lockdown and had a negative experience so went into flight center where Leon helped me. He ensured I had the most reasonable flights and helped me every step of the way. I was due to fly out the week after lockdown. Leon phoned me straight after the Lockdown announcement to make new arrangements. In a very uncertain time for travel he kept in contact and eventually when I was allowed to travel he got me to London safely. Leon was polite and professional and went above and beyond. Thank you for all your efforts.
