Excellent service

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Keshia Smith for the Amazing experience she gave me on the 23rd. We needed a booking for my sister in law's birthday which was a surprise. I didn't even know if it was possible to book an international trip in such a short space of time. The holiday was for the 23rd to the 26th. And she made it happen.

We first made a booking and made a payment, then decided to change the hotel. When I changed the hotel I had to pay extra and i kept making changes but she kept her cool and remained calm and patient with me.

When we finally reached a conclusion, my i had already reached my payment limit. She still remained calm and patient and kept sending links for payment until it was successful.

Thank you so much for your patience, and making sure that the day was extra special. And arranging a special Gift from the hotel. She had an amazing experience and she's still talking about it. You are the best
