wish to commend Susan Zambwe of Flight Centre for the outstanding service I received. She was all ears and compassionate when she addressed my problem. With her dedicated assistance and commitment she was able to solve my issues and re-schedule my trip to 2020. She communicated daily with any feed-back and progress on my query. Well done Susan!
