EXCELLENT ,PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE - THEA AND TAMARA.
Excellent and rapid response from Thea and Tamara, Gauteng branches, in following up on my complaint. My refund was expedited very quickly. What was really great was that they kept me in the loop as to the processes they put in place to sort out my refund. Keep up the excellent, professional communication to clients. Thank you very much.
