Embarassing and no attention to detail!
Opted for Flight Center to do my bookings for the Two Oceans Marathon in Cape Town as a referral from a friend however possibly one of my worst decisions. Flight Center booked my flight going with British Airways from JHB with baggage going for my family but not for coming back, they decided to book a cheap rate with FlySafair that doesnt include baggage so I had to pay another R1000. Did Flight Center think I was going to leave my bags in Cape Town? Was really embarrassing and disgraceful.

During the booking process, the option would have been presented to include baggage for your travel. Regrettably including baggage for the selected flights would have always incurred additional costs.
