ELZETH VAN SCHOOR from Tygervalley branch is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING person to work with.
We had a bit of a sticky situation with my brother stuck in Algiers and communication was difficult resulting in me not always knowing all the details relevant to booking a ticket for him to get back to Sout Africa.
Elzeth was an absolute darling from the start. Her willingness to assist, her quick replies, the efficiency with which she get things done and her patience with all the fragmented info and many, many, many calls and messages with which I bombarded her made the experience not only easy, but a real pleasure.
I have always worked with Elzeth with my own travels and this experience during a crisis has only confirmed to me that I will never use anyone else other than Elzeth.
Elzeth is a TREASURE so take good care of her. I would give her a billion stars if I could, but since there are only 5, she has them all.
