DONT I REPEAT DONT EVER BOOK WITH FC TOTAL *******

Utterly Disappointed. In January 2018 i purchased a Ticket to Rome from Flight Center Cavendish in Cape Town. In February i was offered a Job in Johannesburg, I immediately notified the Consultant. Starting a new Job in May obviously meant i would have to postpone my July Vacation. Which Flight Center had no empathy towards , after much deliberation the end result is i can pay an additional R8-10K to move the Ticket or not get anything back and lose out on R9K which really is so unfair. My 1st and last time ever using them. Pathetic excuse of a Service Provider.
