Don’t Bother if you want fast efficient service
I have been trying to make online enquiries for a trip to Thailand for approximately 6-8 weeks now. I have submitted several requests on the online portal and clearly not important to this so called travel expert??!! Besides actually going into a store (which defeats the point of online booking) what more can I do??
