Do not ever use Fight Centre

This is by far the worst service I've ever received from a Travel Agent. I will never use them again and just the fact that they don't respond on Hello Peter speaks volumes. First they quoted me incorrectly, then it's taken 4 weeks to get any feedback once the carrier pulled out of the route. Today I was told that the fights are fully booked and am suspecting a major factor is because they don't have any urgency on their side. I just have no words to describe the situation.
