DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I have had the most disgusting and disturbing service and experience from Flight Centre in La Lucia mall. i booked tickets to Dubai from Durban and my meal specification was not met. My mum is "extremely allergic to seafood" and that's just exactly what she received on the flight instead of her vegetarian meal. This is disturbing that they are so inconsiderate and *********** to make these mistakes which could be fatal ... besides that I would like to add. I booked our seats together knowing that in case of any emergency I would be close to her, to my dismay again my simple expectations was not met and I was seated isles away from my mum ?! I thought my flight would be a pleasant experience, this is unexceptionable for an Airline. I also noticed that they totally disregarded replying to customers after I had contacted their consultant, Tash , before I took these steps to comment here.
