Delay upon delay has led to me losing thousands

Everytime I asked a question it took Neli 4 days with no reply and then I would follow up. After doing this for weeks I received an invoice on Friday (again after delay upon delay), I asked her to send the link to pay via credit card. This she sent only on Monday saying that I have to pay by 17:00. I immediately rep**** that my wifes surname is incorrect on the booking. By 15:30 I followed up and Neli informed me that their system was down. I told her that I'm worried about the five o clock. She told me it would be no problem. She mailed me at 16:46 saying that the system is still down. This morning she mailed me and said that because we didn't complete the transaction the price has increased with R4,000???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br>
