Costing me money and dont care

We visited your stall at the Getaway expo on 29 August 2015 we where assisted by a gentle man by the name of Warryn **** from your Krugersdorp branch. We wanted to book prices to fly to UK returning from Bulgaria. He looked on the system and Travel start came to +/-R20k for the two of us. He said he will mail us his details and we can then send him our dates again and he will try his best to beat the price. I then went on my own on Travel Start and got a quote for R20135. We heard nothing from Warryn **** and e-mailed him again on 01 September 2015 requesting the better quote he then came back on 02 September 2015 saying he was out of the office and will come back to us immediately. To date we have heard nothing from him and ended up booking the tickets at a price of R21714.44 . This mean waiting for him we lost R1579.44 and could have lost more if we didn't decide to book now. This is very disturbing for a big company like yourself and sure you don't want to loose customers like this.
