Can I please be assisted on the matter regarding flight center,cradlestone mall,gauteng krugersdorp
My mum her name is Ms Julia Khumalo she paid R14327.98 for a flight to go to Cameroon and the flight missed her due to the ticket wrote she must be the an hour before the departure which was 03h00 am because the flight time was 04h00 so we arrived exactly at that time which is 03h00 am but we where refused to go to the plain
Because they said we must go and check In so as was the first time for mum to go to Cameroon we accepted that
But now the ticket says if missed the flight we must pay R1700.00 for the new ticket which was going to be on 29 December 2022
Now as we go to the flight center at cradlestone they said mum must pay R12000.00 which is the amount of new ticket
Can you please help me
