cancellation of flights

This is Monica Blignaut<br> That had booked a package to Thailand in with Danianna Cabuhat<br> On arriving at the airport on our departure from Thailand we were notified by the flight attendants that the flight from Mumbai was cancelled more than a month ago.<br> The flight attendant couldn't understand why we were notified.<br> <br> The flight attendant assisted us to call jet airways after hours number as we could not call the office number.The Man that answered my call did not call me back.I called back and spoke to a woman that was extremely rude and unhelpfull.<br> <br> I cannot believe the service we received and the audacity of the agent in saying they could not contact us:<br> Firstly this flight was cancelled a month ago.<br> Secondly if i could not be reached on my phone why was Inot emailed as all my communications have been through email.<br> Thirdly failing contacting me by phone or email the hotel were we were booked had a phone.<br> .<br> <br> Instead we were left stranded, traumatized and having to find our own way without any help from agency.<br> Today when I called the office the manager rudely informed me that this is the first time he knows of incident .He cant help what has happened as they were not informed.
