BUGGAGE
The only complaint I have is the baggage that is not included in the flight price You pay such a big amount lately for your 20kg and the state that your suitcase is in when you get it is scary. I lost a brand new suitcase and it was not a cheap suitcase. One of the wheels were broken off and the corner had a whole in where they might as well could take the clothes out. I saw how they throw the suitcases, no respect for other people's stuff.
