Brilliant Service - Chantelle
Chantelle Moses is beyond compare. After I spent a full day trying to get a rebooking of a previously cancelled flight, she sorted me out in one call and I was ready to fly. We had difficulties with additional costs but we had to sort it out in that call. Kudos to her.
