Bravo to Rachel Naidoo
I would like to thank Rachel Naidoo from Flight Centre Galleria in Amanzimtoti for assisting me in ensuring I had a stress free, smooth and Covid protocol correct flight. It was a daunting exercise to secure flights from Durban to Larnaca, Cyprus during Covid. I usually just go online and book my required flights but this time I was concerned doing this process on my own because despite reading all the literature available online for flying during Covid, I would've missed 2 essential requirements if I did not have Rachel's assistance. She notified me of all the essentials, recommended the most solid airline with the least cancellations during Covid and did all this at R1000 cheaper than what I had found online. Bravo to Rachel.
