Booking a flight through Flight Centre online

The website is easy to use and very informative when drilling down into the details of the flight options. However after spending much time choosing the best flight for my needs and then at checkout to pay, it was disconcerting and annoying to find an additional fee added to my bill for 'online admin'. This should be published before checkout for transparency.
