Bonita Boshoff -best travel agent ever!
Bonita Boshoff from Flight Centre is THE best! Bonita Boshoff from Flight Centre has been absolutely amazing helping us to change our complex bookings due to the Covid drama. In what must have been the most challenging time for travel agents, she always kept her cool, was extremely patient and calmly addressed all my questions. She went the extra mile to follow up afterwards, and got us exactly what we needed every time with the friendliness of a fresh first timer and the expertise of someone who's been in the industry for years. Our disappointing cancellation experience made tolerable by a kind agent who really seem to care – and love her job!
