Big thanks to Genevieve Mahomed at Flight Centre!
I write this review in unconditional support and sincerity to Genevieve Mahomed; an outstanding agent at Flight Centre, Gateway mall, Umhlanga, KZN.
I am a new hire at a leading pharmaceutical company based in the US. I got stuck in SA due the travel restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus after returning to take the necessary step of validating my VISA.
I was in a state of concern after multiple attempts to secure a flight back to the US to start my research. It was just luck that I was put through to Genevieve when I called Flight Centre. Genevieve was helpful, knowledgable and supportive through the whole process, which got me where I needed to be. I describe it as "luck", because the level of compassion I received is certainly very rare!
