Nobuhle Mthethwa a staff member at flight centre gave me hope to humanity again, esp the customer service industry in SA. I contacted flight centre with a simple enquiry, she dropped everything and went beyond and above to give me peace of mind with everything else, even emailed me so I can contact her for any future enquiries and questions.Thank you for making me feel like I matter, felt like I am the only client she has, a VIP of sort, really in awe and greatful.
