Bertus Meyer is awesome

I recently had an emergency in Antibes, France and needed to get home ASAP. I contacted my travel agent, Bertus Meyer, from the Tygervally 2 store in Cape Town. He jumped on it immediately and managed to change the date of my flight to the Sunday, I was speaking to him on the Friday. His service was impeccable and he offered emotional support as well. He kept me calm and made me feel totally at ease. His team also assisted the next day when was not in the office, knowing exactly who I was and what my situation was. I was blown away by the service - EXCELLENT. The Tuesday when I was back in Cape Town I went to Tygervally and was stopped by the team when walking past the shop to as how my flight was and if I went ok. I have never such personalized and professional service and am really impressed! Flight Centre you have a golden team there, but especially hold on to Bertus!! He is fantastic. I am due to travel again soon and won’t think of using anyone else! Thanks you!!
