Begging for a quote- still haven't received it

<p>I visited Flight Centre , Radnpark Ridge on Saturday morning to request a quotation to Mauritius. I ended up spending 1 hour in the store chatting about the various options and was promised two quotes; one on saturday stating that flights are being held and another on monday consisting of accomodation. </p> <p> </p> <p>On saturday I did not recieve the quotation. On monday afternoon after recieving nothing once again, I took the liberty to call flight centre Randpark Ridge. I was told that the flight agent had lost my contact details. I then was asked for my contact details which I gave to the flight agent over the phone. She said she would forward the quotation to me that afternoon. It is now Tuesday afternoon and yet I still wait for a quotation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short- this has been the most disappointing experience I;ve had from a travel company! Never again.</p>
