Bad Service and *****

On the 23/09/ 2015,We went to Flight center to book flight to Guangzhou and we were assisted by Priya Ramgathi, I told her we wanted to go to Guangzhou to do shopping, she checked flights, as she was checking she told us that by the way Guangzhou and Shanghai is the same thing, Shanghai is an old name and that they didn't change the Airport name to the new name Guangzhou and she's going book from Dbn To Dubai and from Dubai to Shanghai(Guangzhou)our final destination through Emirates, we've never been to Guangzhou and we trusted/ believed her since she works for Flight Centre she is used to booking for people every day and she knows her job, she booked and confirmed our flights. Today my other friend wanted to join us on the same flight but didn't want to use the agency, she went to Emirates and gave them our booking, she told them that we are going to Guangzhou, the guy who was helping her told her that your friends are booked on a flight to Shanghai not Guanghzou, they called us and we explained our story, the guy told us its not the same thing its very far, we went back to Pavilion, Priya admitted that she made a mistake, but her Melanie refused to give us our full refund.
