Bad service......
I'll will not recommend flight centre or SAA they canseled our flight not me and know they don't want to refund us . Sorry no aim done with flight centre......

We understand that this is not the outcome you were expecting and that you are eager to secure a refund. Unfortunately SAA are not processing any refunds at this time and have extended a credit for future travel. When you make payment to Flight Centre, we pay your money over to the airline to secure your booking. We are unfortunately not in a position to refund you money that has not been returned to us by the supplier.
We will however get our Customer Experience team in touch with you to ensure that the feedback you have received to date is accurate.
We understand that you are disappointed. If there was more we could do to secure a refund for you, we absolutely would.
