Bad service
Not very happy with Flight Centre. Went to Cresta branch to box plane tickets to Cape Town for 4 people 30 Dec return 7 Jan got a quote for 16 thousand rand. I checked online and found tickets for R13 428 tried to book but could not redeem my 3500 gift card when I queried this with the Cresta branch they told me that the branch and Onlne are different and can only get the cheaper flights on Online. They gave me Online number which I called and they told me that Online does not have the facility to redeem gift cards but they will put me through to sales who also told me they don't A facility to handle Gift cards and I must go to a branch. Surely Flight Centre online and Branch are under the Flight Centre umbrella one company. To crown it all the Gift voucher is expiring end of February. How the hell can this expire. The gift card should stay valid until the card is used.
