My sincere gratitude goes out to Ms TEEGWEN WINKLER of Flight Centre, Blue Route Mall. I urgently needed flights and accommodation and Tegwen managed to source these for me in a hurry. She could see that I was concerned, on the first time we met, but her cool, meticulous manner resolved all fears I had. She managed to book a hotel and flights and I could fly out 4 days later. She even took the time to contact me while I was in my hotel, to see if everything was to my satisfaction. Her professional, courteous and friendly manner could be seen in all her interactions with me. Keep up the sterling work.
