Appalling service
I purchased tickets for my wife and myself while abroad we decided to change the flight for one more week the agent charged us r12 000 more to change the flight when Qatar airways charges not even a thousand this is **************** shame on flight centre

Although your travel was confirmed through Flight Centre, the date change rules and penalties app**** by the airline would be in line with the rules accepted at the time of your travel is confirmed. When amending dates the airline does not only charge the change penalty but also charge the difference in fare and taxes.
