Amazing service from Chad Adams!

Chad Adams at the N1 City branch has been amazing! He is friendly and courteous. He has been great at assisting an anxious client re flights and tours in China being cancelled or changed, so that the Thailand part of my trip can still take place. Third lot of changes yesterday due to Cathay Pacific cancelling my flight this Friday!
