Amazing service
I just want to thank Lauren Diedericks from the Paarl branch. After having a nightmare booking (with someone else), she took over and sorted the problem out. She is friendly and professional. She kept me up to date all the time. Flight Centre you have a gem in your Paarl office. It is so nice to see that there are still people who are willing to help and have such pride in their work. Well done Lauren and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help and friendliness. Wish I could give you 10 stars and not just 5!!!
