Amazing service
I have been dealing with Flight Centre for 2 years now. Booking my December holidays to Mauritius last year and our new one coming up in December to Bali. Also did local (South AFrica) to Durban middle of this year. Each time it was amazing service.
I had to ask for a refund for a traveller who was coming with us next month to Bali because the person was not going to make it and I got almost a full refund which is amazing! I was expecting only part of my airplane ticket to be refunded. But I got that and part of my accomodation refunded too. This was also done with such great service and speedily by an agent called Scott Duncan.
Very pleased with Flight Center. Will not use anyone else.
