Agent at Flight Centre compliment
I'm usually quite a control freak and I found it hard to be able to let go of planning my trip to Thailand. We are still in the process of finalising it but so far I have never felt so taken care of and attended to by a customer service agent. Teresa de Beer is an asset to the company. As mentioned we are still making final adjustments to our trip but she has been an absolute star in being patient with my changes, emailing me and my boyfriend options and just generally knowing what we would like and making sure we have the tailor made adventure.
I am excited to go on this trip she is organising as I know we will be in good hands.
